Jennifer Hart is a great trainer. She has enabled me to overcome my back pain through strengthening. I am very happy with her attention to my specific needs and the way she is pushing me ahead to levels I actually did not think I could attain. Jennifer is an excellent trainer. She motivates me to push past my perceived limits with encouragement and support. Jennifer places a high priority on correct form and building an individualized exercise program. While working with her, I have quickly gained muscle mass and lost body fat, becoming stronger and healthier than I have been in a long time.
My husband and I love doing partner training sessions with Jennifer. She makes each session fun and challenging. She does an excellent job designing workouts that are appropriate for both of us even though we have different strengths and weaknesses. She loves to use friendly competition to help push us to our limits, which makes both our workout and our experience better. Before doing partner training, I worked out with Jennifer by myself, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for either type of training!
