A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Every body is worthy, and I believe every body benefits from movement. As your personal coach, I will create a thoughtful training program designed with your unique body and goals at its core. I enjoy the challenge of assessing each client’s health and training history - including current injuries or limitations - and helping each one find the joy and results in pain-free yet effective exercise. My intention is to reduce the frustrations and anxieties many feel when embarking on a fitness program, and provide the mental and emotional support to stay consistent in the pursuit of your goals. I have been lucky enough to work with some of the most trusting clients, and felt their triumph as they experienced their goals being realized.
My credentials include being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Sports and Conditioning Association and a qualified TRX instructor, and holding a certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Coach. As a first-time mom to a 5-year old, I have also experienced the unexpected physical challenges of a postpartum body, and it drove me to seek out the best education in order to provide excellent and safe coaching to other moms, whether you are 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum.
