VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Just because I can't be in your face pushing you on that last rep, doesn't mean I can't be your accountability coach and provide you with same-level programming as private sessions. Additionally, I offer virtual training sessions if you desire the benefits of private sessions but are unable to travel to me on a regular basis.

PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM EXERCISE
Just as every body is unique, so is how it reacts to pregnancy. Don't make the mistake of feeling the pressure to "get your body back" (and feel free to kindly tell anyone who suggests this to you to shove off). Your body needs time to heal and ease back into your routine. I will guide you through this process through individualized assessment and safe and effective progressive programming.
